2.1 General Terms of Use and Legal Notices
Services such as TP SPRL's websites, channels and podcasts and its satellite websites or channels are protected by copyright, international intellectual property laws, commercial law and trademark law. TP SPRL's websites are DIGZEAZY.COM, TP-IT.COM, PONKALO.NET, PONKALO.COM.
All texts, comments, works, illustrations, videos, pdf files and images reproduced on these websites or channels are the exclusive property of TP SPRL in accordance with the provisions of the Belgian law of 30 June 1994 on copyright and related rights, as amended by the laws of 3 April 1995, 31 August 1998, 22 May 2005, 4 December 2006 and 9 May 2007.
The published information, texts, comments.... are intended exclusively for private use. They may not be reproduced, translated, modified, distributed, sold, published or exploited in electronic or any other format without the prior written consent of TP SPRL.

Scope :
This User Charter applies to TP SPRL Sites, as well as any satellite sites linked to those sites. TP SPRL completes its information offering by providing visitors with the opportunity to purchase products or services, consult video or audio content, subscribe to magazines and newsletters, and register for training, conferences and workshops. The specific rules and conditions of sale will be indicated at the time of the offer or order.
2.2 Comments section
The Comments section is where you can support any information posted on the TP SPRL websites. This space may be accessible under the articles, news or folders published on the websites.
Rules of conduct
Submitting comments to TP SPRL sites implies acceptance of all the rules listed below. All information posted on TP SPRL Sites must be legal. You formally acknowledge this condition and are responsible, both civilly and criminally, for the information you post. Your comments will be moderated, which means that the TP SPRL editorial staff will ensure compliance with the rules of conduct and reserves the right to delete them in whole or in part:
- messages that fall under the character of the law: racist, xenophobic, revisionist, negationist messages
- hateful, defamatory or aggressive messages;
- incitement to racial hatred, calls to violence or murder;
- messages of a pornographic, pedophilic or obscene nature;
- personal insults;
- Messages that violate the privacy of others ;
- Advertising messages, press releases from political organizations, trade unions...;
- repetitive and identical messages, in order to saturate the comments section
- messages led by 2 interveners at the expense of a third person (process)
- personal messages exchanged between participants or posted in other forums
- repeated links to other websites.
You can criticize other people's arguments, not individuals. We also ask that you respect the spirit of the discussions that have taken place without engaging in mocking, incomprehensible, or off-topic messages. The length of article responses is limited to a certain number of characters. To express an idea that exceeds the character limit, you may contact the TP SPRL team.
The TP SPRL team reserves the right to use the feedback and comments on the following written, video or audio reports and reflections.
Reporting Abuse
Users who feel bothered by certain messages are asked to mention it to TP SPRL by sending an email to the team through the contact form. If the complaint is justified, the necessary measures will be taken immediately and will result in the immediate withdrawal of the comments in question.
Moderation
Responses to the articles are moderated by the administrators of the sites and channels. The administrators reserve the right to exercise their editorial and legal responsibility to the fullest extent and to enforce the rules of conduct by deleting a message in whole or in part.
Visitors who flagrantly and/or systematically violate this Code will be temporarily or permanently banned from posting comments. Visitors may be asked to identify themselves by registering on TP SPRL websites before they can leave a comment. A password will then be assigned for identification purposes for future comments. TP SPRL strictly complies with the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, as amended by the law of December 11, 1998 on the protection of private life. The collected data will only be used for transactional purposes, for the compilation of aggregated statistics on activities and for statistics related to the use of TP SPRL websites, channels or services. The collected data is collected with the purpose of improving the quality of services and information provided by TP SPRL.
